Billing & Payment

Do you negotiate or do trades?

    In a word: no.

I have a no-trades policy and no-haggle policy, NO exceptions.

To explain further, your website is an investment in YOU, not a product at a store or a service like an oil change. There is no “one and done” treatment for a website. It is an ever-evolving, ever-changing entity where you either decide to be all in on the venture, and decide it is a vital part of your business, or you decide to to let it sit there and never do anything with it. I provide you with all the necessary tools to utilize your website for your business and see conversions.

And if you don’t want to use those tools, then I even provide a way for you to not have to touch your website but still have all the updates, changes, backups, security you need (for a price). So, there really is no excuse to not have a great website if you own a business. In summary, why would I negotiate something that is coming from my creative soul? I’m not a car salesman representing a big company and getting a commission check at the end of the month. I provide high-end, boutique website design, which means I take on a small number of clients per month so that you get custom, VIP, high-end design, attention and priority. If you try to haggle with me or ask for a discount, I will not work with you because that means you do not understand the value I am providing. There are a million and one website designers out there who will throw together a website for you for cheap. And if that’s what you’re looking for, then you will have absolutely no trouble finding them.

If money talk scares you, then go check out some money mindset videos on YouTube and then come back to me once your mind is blown. Money is nothing but a transaction of energy. There’s soooooo much of it in this world, and yes we need it for basic survival, but you have to accept that there is an abundance of money, more than you will ever need, and it already belongs to you. If you have money blocks and hangups, then I’m just letting you know up front, it is going to be a challenge to work with you. You see, it’s not about the money, it’s about the value. And I provide heaps of value in everything I do when you work with me. I actually provide so much value to my clients I could literally be charging them 6 figures a month for what I do.

How do I pay for your services?

You have two options when it comes to paying for your website or project:

1.) You can pay in full at one time and incur no financing charge. Methods of payment accepted: Online payment through my invoicing software.

2.) If your project is over $2500, you may be eligible for a payment plan broken out into 2 or 3 payments. Please see below for Payment Plan information.

    Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for projects over $2500. There is a $50 fee for using the payment plan option. If using the payment plan option, 50% will be due upon contract signing and 50% due 30 days later – no exceptions. Your website or brand will not be launched or delivered until final payment is received. Website and brand production time is separate from the payment plan schedule. If you would like to avoid the $50 fee for using the payment plan option, you are welcome to pay 100% up-front. If you are eligible for a payment plan, please note that all websites have a 30 day billing cycle. If you are on a payment plan, your payments are not due once the site is completed or launched; your payment is due every 30 days until the website or project is paid in full. All payment plans are subject to an additional $50 financing charge. Your website will not be released until all payments are made, and may be removed from the server if not paid on time. You will be given a 10-day grace period and notified if this situation occurs.

Will I need to purchase anything extra?

Depending on your project requirements, you may need to purchase additional premium plugins, software, or applications for your site functionality. If you already have a domain name, the only other thing you’ll need is a hosting service where I will be able to access your Cpanel to install your site. I will not install a site on GoDaddy, so you will need to purchase a hosting package with A2 Hosting, which includes unlimited domains and email addresses for a very affordable rate at 12 or 24 month pricing. If you need to purchase a domain name (i.e. yourname.com), please click here to purchase with Namecheap, where you’ll also get 1 year free of identity protection. GoDaddy does NOT offer this service for free and is very difficult to work with, so I will NOT work with GoDaddy. We can discuss all your requirements during our initial call. If the scope of your project increases as we work together, you will be responsible for purchasing required plugins, software and applications.

    What is your Refund Policy?

Due to the creative nature, time and energy put forth into a website (and any other project), there will be no refunds permitted. A website is neither a product, nor a service. It is a visual expression of your business, in which I translate it into digital format using advanced software and technologies. If for any reason you feel there is a need for a refund, please contact me and we will discuss revising your site to meet your expectations. I have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, so if you’re not happy with the site, we are going to make sure you are, or we will mutually agree to move on once I have delivered all projects. If you’re one of those people who cannot ever be satisfied, rest assured, we are not going to be a good fit for each other, however, you can also be sure that I aim to make you a beautiful, finished work of art that you are more than pleased with.

    Tell Me About Elle

    What is your background?

I’ve been designing websites since 1999 professionally. My first client was an NFL football player who was starting a charity and needed a website. I hand built, hand-coded and hand-designed the site from the bottom up, the hard way. I had to learn new technologies, new software, and I enjoyed every minute of the challenge. It was not the first website I had built, however, I had a devotional website where I published inspirational devotions and encouragement before that. Art is the same to me, whether it is poetry, performing music, singing, acting, creative writing, website design, painting, or interior design. And I have excelled at all of those things during my life. Music was my life growing up and I was trained to be a professional clarinet performer. I took private singing lessons, private clarinet and private piano lessons, not because it was something I was told or forced to do, but because it was part of my artistic calling. I majored in music, switched to interior design and eventually was formally educated in website design, specifically Visual Communications & Web Design. I have been offered full scholarships to private schools for music and acting, and I have designed hundreds of websites over the past 18 years. The point is, this is part of my calling (yes, only part). Part of what I am passionate about is seeing others succeed in their businesses. I love helping, teaching and co-creating new ideas with my clients. Just ask clients who have worked with me what they think about the creations and designs I’ve made for them, and you’ll very easily see that I have a lot of talent and my goal is to use that talent for good in this world. That’s the Elle Westley Creative difference.

What's different about Elle Westley Creative?

Read the above answer again. I am a creative intuitive. Meaning I translate your vision into digital format. I see your vision, your dreams, your hopes, your desires and visually make pixel magic happen. Not only that, I know how to create websites that convert. Want email subscribers? You should. Email marketing is still the number one way you are going to reach, connect and build a relationship with your audience. How does that happen? Through relationship marketing, not old-school, plug-n-play website design that just sits there doing nothing but looking pretty (or most of the time pretty ugly). Through having an amazingly enticing opt-in. Something that you can give your website visitor of value in exchange for their email address. Through staying up to date on the latest technology requirements for websites,  mobile technology and compatibility, and design trends. Plus, you get my creative mind…and that’s not cheap, nor free.

    Who do you work with?

I work with small businesses, non-profits, and women entrepreneurs who need a professional to come in and save the day! Whether you’re playing a guessing game with your branding, you can’t figure out all the “techy stuff”, or you know that your time is more valuable than playing around trying to figure out how to create the most important pieces of your online business, my website and branding services are designed as a holistic approach to getting your biz in beautiful shape. There’s no need to feel overwhelmed and confused on what steps to take next because I’m not just here to be your geek on call – I include oodles of custom attention to each of my clients which includes coaching you to help you get more clarity on how to make sure you distinguish yourself online. Schedule a free strategy session here.

Are we a good fit to work together?

I view my clients as partners. I am not providing a service such as a haircut, massage, or oil change. I am working in tandem with you to help you bring your vision to fruition. You will not find that I am a typical web designer, which is not to devalue other designers, but to say that my desire to work in concert with you by listening and translating your vision through my unique creativity and technical skills. My goal and vision is to align with your goal and vision, or to help you see your own potential by asking you questions that may challenge where you are and how you define your business and life.

I believe our businesses are a reflection of our lives. You have chosen to be an entrepreneur because in some way you seek freedom. Freedom of choice, freedom of time, freedom of travel, money, and so many other things. By even choosing to do this, means that you are brave and passionate. With that said, before working with me, these are my Terms of Service for working with me which you must agree to before proceeding.

What's the process for working with you?

    For Websites:

    Phase 1: DISCOVERY | 1 Week

    1. Schedule a Strategy Session with me to discuss your website vision and business goals
    2. If we’re a good fit to work together, then after our call, I will send you an agreement to sign and return, along with an invoice for payment to reserve your spot (please refer to billing & payments)
    3. Once your signed agreement has been received and the payment has cleared (not just been sent), I will assign a start date for your project for Phase 2.

    Phase 2: INSPIRATION | 2 – 4 Weeks

In this phase, we will work in tandem, sharing ideas and inspiration of what speaks to you for your brand.

    1. I will send you some worksheets to fill out and send back to me so we can begin digging into your brand and working out the logistics of your website visual look & feel, along with the content that is going to be placed on your site.
    2. I will send you some inspiration boards, to sift and sort through what resonates with you and defines your brand.
    3. We will then have a 30-minute Mini Inspiration Session to discuss and review these ideas, along with solidifying a concrete concept for the website.
    4. This is where we finalize your branding, colors, and fonts. If you purchase an Advanced Website, a basic text logo, colour palette with hex codes, and 2 font selections are included with your purchase. If you purchase a Basic Website, then you should already have a vector logo, colour palette and fonts. If you do not have these items and are purchasing a Basic Website, then you can upgrade for only $397 (usually $497 when purchased as a standalone item).

Note: You will have the option of having one 20-minute phone call per week during this phase on my Office Hours day (currently Tuesdays). In order to schedule this call you will need to go into the Client Portal (which you will receive access to in Phase 1, click on “Schedule a Call” and book your appointment with me directly from my availability in my calendar. In-person meetings are time and cost-prohibitive. Please refer to Office Hours for more information.

    Phase 3: PLANNING & CONTENT COLLECTION | 2 Weeks

    1. You will receive a Content Planning Guide which includes your passwords to hosting and various sites, direction on how to provide your content to me, and planning for your navigation, pages, sub-pages and site layout.
    2. ALL content and admin access are due to me before moving forward to Phase 4.
    3. To keep you in the loop, one 20-minute Q & A phone call (2 calls during this Phase) is available for you to ask questions during my Office Hours on Tuesdays. You may have questions about what type of content you need to gather or ideas to run by me, this can be utilized at your choice. Click here for further Office Hours details.

Note: this step can be delayed by you, the client, and if it is delayed 30 days past Phase 3 initiation, you will be notified via email that your project is being archived and there will be a $250 fee to reactivate your project. This is due to respect of my time and creative energy. Starting and stopping a project requires momentum in either direction. I cannot say this enough, your lack of planning will NEVER constitute an emergency on my part. I will not respond to emergency or last minute urgent requests, unless you follow the process for doing so. As a respectable client I expect you to not have requests of this nature, as someone who does this once or twice is likely to do this often. My boundary is that I WILL NOT tolerate this kind of abuse of my creative energy, technical skills and time that it takes to perform an “emergency” request. This requires bumping someone else out of line and ends up creating a stressful environment, which I will not subject myself to.

I do offer a Website Design Rush service which you may qualify for, but that does not include rushing your content. If you wait to send me all the content, it WILL cause a delay. For example, if Phase 3 starts on July 1st, you will have until July 14th to get all content to me for your website. If all content is not received by July 31st, your project will be archived and will have to be rescheduled to re-initiate the work of your project. Project re-initiation fee is $250.

    Phase 4: BUILDING OF WEBSITE | 2 – 4 Weeks

    1. This is where I take over the reigns completely and start building the foundation of your website. At this point you have turned over all administrative access to your site and passwords, all content (text, images, video, audio, and any other media files to me) via the shared Dropbox file I have provided to you. ALL content MUST be uploaded to this folder. Emailed, iMessage, or SMS texted content WILL NOT be permitted due to size restrictions. I pay for premium Dropbox file storage so my clients have the ability to share their files with me in an organized fashion. There are no exceptions to this policy.
    2. Depending on how much content you have, it may take up to 4 weeks for the complete website build, however, it will generally take 2 weeks for a “normal” website.
    3. Implementation of technology, software, and plugins are included in this phase.
    4. To keep you in the loop, one 20-minute Q & A phone call (2-4 calls during this Phase) is available for you to ask questions during my Office Hours on Tuesdays. Click here for further Office Hours details.

    Phase 5: DESIGNING OF WEBSITE | 2 – 4 Weeks

    1. This is where I take over the reigns completely and start building the foundation of your website. At this point you have turned over all content (text, images, video, audio, and any other media files to me) via the shared Dropbox file I have provided to you.
    3. Implementation of your logo, colour palette, typography and general look & feel of the site is part of this phase. This may include photo editing, overlays, and optimization.

    Phase 6: DEMO SITE | 2 Weeks

    1. I will send you a live demo of your website located on my server to view and take for a test-drive.
    2. You will have up to 3 changes to the site that I include with a website design. If you have more than 3 changes or excessive edits, you will be billed for them individually. You can also click here to purchase blocks of credits.
    3. Once you have provided written approval of the website, it will be transferred to your server or webhost.
What kind of support do you provide?

I only take on a select number of clients at a time, so you know you’re getting the best I have to offer. Throughout your branding and website creation process, I will be available to you by email if you have any questions, thoughts or ideas. Building a website and brand can be an evolutionary process; sometimes you get more clarity as you go. I’ll work with you to make sure you are clear on the direction you’re headed. If you get struck with a bolt of lightning in the middle of the night and have a brilliant idea you want to implement, then you can shoot me an email and I’ll advise you on if we should implement it or not.

I am pretty picky about who I work with and have some requirements of you but I also provide a lot for you. So, I need you to 100% put your trust in me that I am an expert in what I do. You don’t advise the surgeon on how to make an incision. I’ve been doing this professionally since 1999. I am very honest with you about my opinion on whether something will work or not for your brand. With that said, it is imperative that you trust my professional advice and creative direction. If you have a request, I will certainly try to make it work or provide an alternative.

Why should I work with you?

I won’t know if you’re a good fit to become a client until we have a talk about your goals and needs. I’m a professional and expert at what I do, but most importantly I’m here to make sure that you have a brand and website that gets results. I know that your time is valuable and because I don’t have to answer to anyone else, I can get your projects completed faster and with more custom attention than other design agencies. When you work with me, you’re getting someone who truly cares about your success. I include oodles of custom attention for each of my clients which means coaching you to help you get more clarity on how to make sure you distinguish yourself online. I also have a strong network of web developers and designers to provide backup and support as needed.

If you are committed to your own success (aka not a slacker, not someone who has an excuse for everything), you want to have MASSIVE growth in your online marketing efforts and want to see REAL results, then you might be a good candidate to work with me.

Are you looking for anyone to join your team?

Yes! If you are a spirit driven entrepreneur with a complementary service, such as professional photography, social media management, graphic design, virtual assistance, programming, online marketing, copywriting, or email management, then I would love to hear from you. I am building the Elle Westley Team of Experts which will include your photo, name and small bio. All work sent to you is sub-contracted through Elle Westley Creative and requires you adhere to the job requirements and specifications as I set forth. If you’re ready to be part of Team Elle Westley, please click here to fill out an application and I’ll get right back to you.

Are you available for press interviews and podcasts?

Yes. If you have a magazine or publication, website, or podcast that you would like to feature Elle on, please send your media kit and relevant information to elle@ellewestley.com.

    What's your favorite movie?

Ahhh, so many to choose from that I don’t even know where to start, but I’ll leave you with a quote from Alice in Wonderland:

“All the best people are crazy.”

If you found out you only had one week to live, what would you do?

I would fly my closest friends and family to Hawaii, swim with the dolphins, and drink piña coladas all day!

How long does a website build usually take?

It all depends on several factors like what technologies are being integrated into your site, how many pages, how much content, media, functionality, etc. On average, a website build can take 3 to 4 weeks, but can be shorter or longer.

Do you design on Weebly, Joomla, Wix, or SquareSpace?

No. There are hundreds of reasons why WordPress is the number one website platform. I only use the best.

If you are committed to your own success (aka not a slacker, not someone who has an excuse for everything), you want to have MASSIVE growth in your online marketing efforts and want to see REAL results, then you might be a good candidate to work with me.

What software do you use to build websites?

I design in WordPress, using Divi by Elegant Themes. All sites I build are required to be on this platform. If you do not already have this, then you will need a new website build by Elle Westley Creative. I include complimentary access to the Divi license as long as you are an active client with me and under a monthly maintenance plan with a 6 or 12 month agreement. If you do not want to have a maintenance plan (although that is strongly discouraged due to security vulnerabilities), you can purchase your own Divi license from Elegant Themes here.

What is defined as a website “page”?

A website page is it’s own container of content (text, images, audio, video, graphics) on a specific URL (Universal Resource Locator). For example: www.yourname.com/buy-my-thing-now is considered *one* specific page. You could have some sub-pages underneath that page, which are still considered pages but are just contained within the hierarchy of that category of pages. The point is, as my client, you will have to provide ALL content for each specific page. I, as your designer, will not ever CREATE new content for you. I take your fully finished product put it into a stunning digital format. If you have more content than typical for a “page”, then you will be notified of additional fees.

How far out do I need to plan ahead to work with you?

I book up my projects – especially website builds – very fast, sometimes many months in advance. To ensure you are getting the best work, I only take on a select number of clients at a time. To secure a spot ahead of time, a 50% deposit is required.

Will I be able to edit my website easily?

Most definitely! Your website is built using the most powerful and flexible theme, Divi, which makes it very easy for my clients to edit and update. Once we launch your website, you will get complimentary access to my Website Training Class which will acquaint you with the backend of your site. If you would like to have someone to maintain your site for security, backups and updates, I offer maintenance plans with a 6 or 12 month agreement. I provide your first 30 days from the launch date of free security, backups and updates while you’re getting acquainted with and learning how to update your website, valued at $197.

We can discuss all your requirements during our initial call. If the scope of your project increases as we work together, you will be responsible purchasing required plugins, software and applications.

    Do you build membership sites?

I can, have and do not. However, I may have someone on my team that can do this for you. I choose to keep my scope of work as creatively driven as possible, so I will not build membership sites anymore. Coming soon, the Elle Westley Team of Experts.

Do you offer maintenance and website update plans?

Yes. Maintenance packages are available once your website is live. As my client, you will receive 30 days of support, backups, and updates for your website complimentary. I also include complimentary access to the Divi license for active clients under a maintenance plan with a 6 or 12 month agreement.

Do you offer website maintenance, repairs, or updates for sites you did not build?

No. All sites must be built and developed by Elle Westley Creative in order to be eligible for any maintenance packages.

What are your Office Hours?

Click here to view my current Office Hours.

    Will you outsource my project?

All projects are completed by the Elle Westley Creative team. To help manage workload and efficiency, I may partner with other experts, designers, programmers or vendors if it is beneficial to your project.

Do you create wireframes or website mockups prior to building the website?

Because my process is high intuitive and I let my creative spirit lead in the creation and design of translating your vision into a digital format for others to view, I do not work as a traditional designer or programmer. Working with me requires a lot of structure in the beginning, to ensure your content is completed nailed down before I start designing and planning out how the technology works with your content. What a lot of people do not understand is that content and design are based on each other, they are interdependent, meaning one does not stand alone without the other. So sometimes content may need to be adjusted according a design goal, or a design may need to be adjusted according to content goals. In order to stay on track and have structure and efficiency in building your website, ALL content is due to the web designer PRIOR to any design concept and building. In other words, I have to know what I’m working with in order to design for it. In my opinion, wireframes are an old-school answer to a modern problem, which is that humans are highly visual and wireframes only provide a skeleton of what can be, but do not address the actual look, feel and brand of a website. Once all content has been provided to me, then based our conversations, visual direction and your content, I will create a live demo of your website on my own server. This is so you can test drive it in real time without having to guess how it will appear once it’s launched on your own domain. Included in your website package, you get up to 3 edits or changes to the site while it is in demo mode. Fore more information about Website Changes click here. For more information about Website Server Updates, Security and Backups click here.

What if I have a website already and just need a redesign, why is it the same price?

All websites are not created equal, with that said, your website probably needs more than just a redesign. Unless your site was built by Elle Westley Creative, 99.9999% of the time there are some technical thingamajigs, (that’s the proper term I believe), that need to be done to your website on the backend to make sure it’s actually functioning properly and setup with a proper foundation.

This may mean installing your domain on a different server, setting you up on WordPress if you’re not already there, installing Divi, essential plugins, firewalls, backups and security software. In the end, the same amount of creative and technical energy goes into building your site as if it was a brand new website, so there is not going to be any difference in price as far that goes. I do, however, offer two website packages with a difference in pricing to keep your budget in mind. Click here to view website packages.

If I have a request to change something on my website, how long will you take for you to update it?

During the website building process, you can send up to 3 changes to me for no additional charge. If you sit with the site and notice that you want to change some verbiage, images or placement of something, then I will be happy to update it for you within 2 business days. After 3 changes and to avoid excessive edits, there is a charge of $75+ per update, depending upon how many changes, custom edits, etc. To save you money once we launch your website, you are welcome to purchase a Website Maintenance Care Plan.

Can you take my existing site and make edits to it?

Nope, nope and nope. I only build new websites because of the advanced software requirements and standards I have. Most sites do not comply with my standards, and I will not associate my name with what is in my view, sub-standard. You can purchase a Website Audit & Review here if you have an existing site that you need some fresh ideas and perspective on. If you decide to purchase a Basic or Advanced Website Design package with me, then the cost of the Website Audit & Review will be applied towards your website design package. This provides you the opportunity to test drive my services and see if we are a good fit to work together.

Do you offer email marketing, social media management, Google Ads, Facebook advertising, graphic design creation, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), or any other online marketing services?

Because I have offered these services in the past, and have a certain amount of expertise, training and giftings in these areas, I choose to focus primarily on website design. This may seem counterintuitive, however, I know what drains me and what energizes me. Offering online marketing services does not energize me, therefore you will not be getting the best of what I have to offer. Coming soon: Elle Westley Creative Team of Experts.

    Design Process

    2. Depending on how much content you have, it may take up to 4 weeks for the complete website build, however, it will generally take 2 weeks for a “normal” website.
    3. Implementation of your logo, colour palette, typography and general look & feel of the site is part of this phase. This may include photo editing, overlays, and optimization.

    What services do you offer?

The core services I offer are:

    • Website Building & Design
    • Website Redesign / Makeovers
    • Social Media Management
    • Facebook Ads Management
    • Email Marketing Campaign Management
    • Digital Graphic Design
    • Branding & Logo Design

With that said, before working with me, these are my Terms of Service for working with me which you must agree to before proceeding:

    1. I am fully committed to the creation of my new website and brand.
    2. I am determined to be successful in my business and life.
    3. I am patient and understand that a website does not happen overnight, especially since I am responsible for providing all content to the designer and providing it in a timely, organized manner. I will respect each phase of the website process by doing my part and turning in content or responding to questions so that my website is not delayed.
    4. I understand that if I delay my website project, I will still be billed for the time, creativity, and energy that Elle has put into my project. No refunds are provided. Click here to view the Refund Policy.
    5. I do not haggle or try to “get a deal”, because I know that I am getting a creative burst of energy put towards my own goals and dreams, and I view this as an investment in myself, not another thing for me to negotiate on.
    6. I invest the money necessary in myself because I believe I am worth it.
    7. I do not micromanage or try to control my website designer.
    8. I respect my website designer’s boundaries and agree to put all requests in writing via email.
    9. I understand that if I change the direction, software requirements, content or anything else in the middle of the project, it will cause additional time and/or money to implement.
    10. I will upload all images, video, audio and other media files to the assigned Drobpox folder that Elle provides to me. I understand that Elle takes time to edit image files which must be optimized for size and viewing properly on the internet, so if I have more than 25 photos, I understand that I will be charged $75 per additional set of 25 photos, every additional 10 set of videos to be uploaded costs $75, every additional set of 10 audio files to be uploaded costs $75.
    11. I understand that Elle does NOT provide video editing services (but may have an expert in the field – click here to view the Elle Westley Team).
    12. I will respect my website designer’s office hours. Click here to view Office Hours.
    13. I trust the intuitive creativity, skill set and technical knowledge of Elle Westley.
    14. I trust that Elle will guide me in the best way possible as far as she is capable for my website, and I will not challenge or question her. In other words, Elle knows best when it comes to designing my website and will not tolerate doubt, criticism, name-calling, rants, or emails/texts in ALL CAPS (aka no rudeness).
    15. I recognize that Elle is human and sometimes we can all make mistakes. I understand that I have to allow for imperfections in myself as well. I understand that this process may unearth some self-doubt or negative beliefs I have maintained for a large part of my life, but I am willing to explore letting go of them in order to move forward with my dreams.
    16. I understand that Elle is not just a website or brand designer, she is here to challenge my beliefs, help me elevate my business and life, and ask me questions to help me understand my own desires better so that I can communicate what I want to her effectively. Elle is in essence a website and brand therapist (without the PhD).
    17. I am patient and will not demand same day replies or services, as I would not want someone else to take my priority in line, so I provide the same respect I expect.
    18. I understand Elle Westley Creative provides boutique website design, branding and online marketing services, and Elle may turn away a client or dissolve a relationship after delivery of a project or service term is fulfilled at anytime. I understand that I also have this right to terminate a project or service, but acknowledge that no refunds are provided. Click here for the Refund Policy.
    19. I understand that Elle Westley Creative will be given credit in the bottom bar of my website, in an unobtrusive manner, and that if I wish to remove this credit, I will have to pay $250 for removal.
    20. I will not bully, harass, or instigate conflict with Elle Westley Creative. I will not control her or her work processes. I will be respectful and conduct myself with professionalism on the phone, via email, text and any other method of communication with Elle.
    21. If I have further questions, I can always refer to this page for the latest updates in Elle Westley Creative Terms of Service and policies.

    What are your prices?

To view all current pricing, click here.

    Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans are available for projects over $3000.

Are you looking for anyone to join your team?
